I have a 99 Eddie Bauer AWD/4WD. The problem appears to be either differential related or Tranny related.
Once the vehicle warms up if I stop on a hill or grade; hit the gas and I feel a slip or slight jerk in first gear. It does this 5 or 6 times prior to shifting into second. After it gets up through the gear box it does fine. I don't notice it as much on flatter grades. I recently serviced the tranny. Dropped pan ect. Have not felt any improvement. What could this be???
