alright i thought i would help all of you with broken rear trailing arms out. go 4wheelin and i dont mean down your local dirty road or some soft mud i mean in the rocks on mountain trails drag the center of the truck around a bit get some good sized rocks stuck between fuel tank and fuel tank strap then remove that troublesome bolt. i was reading the threads on here before i replaced mine going damn that looks like a pain but the bolt slid right out right under the fuel tank. what these trucks really need before being labeled as 4wd vehicles is a skid plate under the gas tank or raise the tank in a custom fashion like i mentioned above that way you hit the frame and not the gas tank. you would rather scratch your frame then get that unlucky sharp rock stick whatever jackin all your precious liquid gold. plus then you gotta get a tow and you better not get towed by a chevy you might as well throw a match at the truck and walk home.
