2021 BMW x5 m50i, build quality, power, suspension handling, no need for a 7 passenger vehicle. Oh and way more smiles per gallon! What you trade it for? And why?
I have a clunk too, interesting ideas that it might be the brackets. I will see if I can get a different set made without the slot.Deadman, I re-tightened the front Helwig but then ended up taking it my off because I was getting a clunk. Factory front sway is silent so it tells me the bushings are shot. I am working with Helwig. Have you experienced this?
2-3 folks on the FB groups also complain of the same issue.
Hellwig makes end links for the Expedition? Do you have the part number?I have an Expedition Limited Stealth, 2019. I upgraded the front sway bar to the Hellwig with it's end links, which made a significant difference in eliminating the bobble sway.
Based on the photos these are the Moog end links. They look identical.Hellwig makes end links for the Expedition? Do you have the part number?
Thanks, I have the Moog rear end links. I wasn’t aware of a direct fit aftermarket end link for the front, especially not from Hellwig, which is why I was asking.Based on the photos these are the Moog end links. They look identical.
K750074 Front
K750052 Rear
Someone else beat me to it, but confirming, Fronts are MOG-K750052 and Rear MOG-K750074. Much beefier than the stock bar links with serviceable zerk fittings.Has anyone tried the factory brackets and bushings with the Helwig bar? I think the diameters are the same.
@image98 what end links are you using front and rear. Part numbers please. They look beefier and I like having zerks. Thanks
