Rear wiper - rubber grommet to plug the hole?

Where can i get a rubber grommet that will fit the hole in my tailgate where my rear wiper used to be?

Hit up the help section at an auto parts store. They usually have a variety of plugs and grommets there.

A decent hardware store should have a number of different plugs that may work. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of the hole.
