It looks good I will definetly check that out. I was/am going to put in a Airaid Intake, what type of headers would you suggest. I know what to put in its just finding companies that produce parts for the 2005. Its a pain in the ass to find them.

If you have the time check out www.f150online.com, there is a lot of good info on there about exhaust, headers, CAI's and tuners. The XCALII is the one that I recommend, I have used SCT's products in the past and have had success. There is a company on there/man named Mike Troyer who sells CAI's/tuners/parts for the F150 crowd and there isn't any difference. I will say this for the 3v engines they do not like changes such as CAI's without a tune, however a K&N drop in filter is ok. One of the benefits of the tune is it cleans up the drive by wire TB slop, as well as firms the shift points.

So there is no diferrence between the 2005 f-150 and the 2005 Expy, 5.4L 3V, I didn't know that! Now, when you say that the 3V doesn't like CAI w/o a tune. What do you mean by tune? Tuner or tune-up? Also are there performance fuel injectors for the 05 Expy. Sorry for all the questions, but I highly appreciate your help, I am new to SUV's and trucks, it was always cars for me. I wanted something different though so I got my Expy!

I wanna lift it to but I can't find that either! 6" suspension 3" body.

Sorry about the confusion with the tune; not sure what kind of cars you came from, I have been a mustang guy for 10 years. On the older cars you could have a tune put on a chip but with the newer cars you have the computer "flashed" using a SCT Xcal. This happens by plugging the Xcal into your OBD-II port and the Xcal flashes your computer with the changes a tuner makes for you based on mods, a/f's, towing, 87/89/93 fuel. The injectors are 19lb injectors which are good for any n/a power mods you can put on the truck, if you were to s/c the truck you would need bigger injectors but they should come with the s/c. The mods I have seen are the CAI, cat back exhaust, U/D pullies, 75MM tb, Electric fans and headers.
