Wow Moose, since when did Redneck mean "racist"? I know lots of Black Rednecks. Go to rural North Carolina....or are they racist too?
Obviously, this is a liberal interpretation of "redneck" much like they are trying to redefine what MAGA means!

It's just a stupid post guys. We're all rednecks in one form or another. My ex wife was from Atlanta, me San Francisco. But you know what, I not only loved those people, I wanted to move there. People in the South welcome you, west coast, not so much. I was just posting what the dictionary defined, it's stupid, cause theirs good and bad in every race, every color/creed. People are people, you either like them or hate them. Some of my best friends, I didn't like when I first met them.

Moose you are just seeing push back. The majority of the media already paints any European-American male that supports republicans as racist. If you live in the south it's foregone conclusion to the media.
Try wearing a MAGA hat around SF area and see how it goes. Make sure to record it.

I pretty much get along with everyone. I've had best friends that were Black, Latino. I've also had same races that hated me. I grew up in the 60's and 70's when racism was rampant here in the Bay Area. It was basically a fallout of what was happening in the south, and areas like Los Angeles. Being large and white, I stood out amongst the other guys. I had my share of fights. It was usually me against 3-4 of them. I posted that silly description just for a laugh, but apparently nobody's laughing. Sorry if Webster's definition ruffled some feathers. San Francisco is such a melting pot of different races and colors, I don't think most here even look at your hat. Now if I wore a black one that said SFPD, that one they'd notice and fly right!
