Hey guys,

I've been part of this forum for awhile now, but never got around to showing off some pics to you guys. Well, I decided to kill two birds with one stone and made a cardomain page.

Click the link and check out my ride. If you have an account be sure to vote for me or leave me a guestbook message.

So cardomain apparently has quite a few glitches because everytime I view my page, it is different. Sometimes there are errors in the text and sometimes some of my pictures are missing. So I guess I'll just post some pictures up here some time.

Your color looks a lot darker in the shade and very light in the light yes? Mine to, kind of annoying though since the light color sometimes has a hint of purple in it.

Thanks for the comments. The rims are 22" (my biggest investment in the truck, but I got em with the tires for less than half-price). As far as the color Avro, we have two different kinds of paint. Yours is a dark blue/purple and mine is more of a light/medium blue/gunmetal? I never see purple in it though, but some people say they see hints of green. I really don't even know how to explain it. It does look lighter in light and darker in dark, though. I love the color, though. It's wedgewood blue (I can't remember if its dark or medium, though). Add as far as the subwoofer set up, just wait until I put new pics up when I redo the set up in the summer. This one just doesn't bump enough for me. Oh and all though I gave up that little bit of cargo space, I was still able to keep the third row seating, in case you couldn't tell in the pic.

Usually you can see hints of it on sunny days when the truck is wet. Something about that combo brings out some purple. I like the color though, the paints getting rougher though :(. The crappy part of giving your truck a good wash is you notice all the new marks in it.

So today I finally switched over to my winter rims/tires (it actually snowed a little this morning!).
I put the stock 16 x 7 rims back on, but I bought new tires.
After shopping around and researching for a while, I went with some LT285/75 Definity Dakota AT's (don't flame me for buying Pep Boys brand - they are made by Cooper and the specs/ratings were good).
Overall, I am very pleased so far in every aspect. They look/ride great and the quality appears to be good. Also, the price was excellent and the service/package was great.
I'll give an update on them in a month or so if you guys are interested.
Also, I'll put up some pics when I get time , since this is the thread about my car, lol.

For Avro and anyone else interested...
I did a little research and my paint is Medium Wedgewood Blue.
Also found out that Duplicolor sells it in spray cans so I will be painting my front valance to match in the spring/summer.

Well, there is a deep wedgewood blue, my guess is that's it if you know its wedgewood blue.
Check the tag on the b pillar on the drivers side, behind the driver's door. One the tag, it says Exterior Paint or something similar near the bottom. Medium Wedgewood blue has code LB, Deep Wedgewood Blue is code LL. Then again, it might not even be that. Look up the code online and/or compare with some pictures of other Ford vehicles. Good luck.

Honestly, I love my 22's. The wider tires (305) and the lower profiles (40) help the truck so much in terms of handling. Handling is unbelievably better. It tracks better on the highway and obviously taking turns is much better. The ride is stiffer and more responsive, but with 40 series tires, there is plenty of sidewall and it absorbs the road conditions comparably to a car. A 45 series would be even better for comfort, though. It's easier to find all season tires in 45 series, too. Only downsides would be the cost, changing tires with the seasons (if you don't get all season tires), speedo/odo inaccuracy, and slightly reduced braking. All in all, though, I love them and they are the best investment I made in my ride.

Yeah, there's a possibility I will doing some computer tuning sometime. So far, I found a Diablo Sport Predator for $300 shipped. I haven't seen anything cheaper than that, but I haven't really been shopping around too much. I am pretty broke...

I know its dirty, don't flame me. It was too damn cold to polish up all my chrome by hand like I usually do. It was below freezing that day and damn windy.

Those looks smaller than 16, although I highly doubt they even made 15s but those look pretty small. Ford had so many different rims for the expy/f150 series but they were all in the 16 inch category I'm pretty sure which is gay.

They're 16" x 7" stock Ford alloy rims. They look smaller because the tires are so much bigger than stock. The taller sidewalls makes the wheels look smaller.
