remote start question

I purchased my new to me 2003 expedition in February of this year. There was an antenae on the windshield that I wasnt sure what it was for until this weekend when installing a new stereo I discovered a remote start box under the steering column. The vehicle did not come woth a fob for the remote start and I would like to get one for it. The number off of the box under the dash is 27/v3a/32/4403. Is this a factory or aftermarket unit. If it is after market does anyone know what brand and model?
