Replace sun roof drain tube?

2000 EB Expy
Front passenger side drain tube is completely crushed where it goes down the A-pillar. Need to replace but need advice on how to get the old one out.

Never had that problem but I would suspect a bunch of silicone spray, patience and brewskis. Don't force it of course.
You might consider trying it at a junkyard first. Better to make the mistakes there than on yours.

Dug into this a little more and got lucky. The hose was a little to long which I think, is what caused the hose to kink. I cut about 3/4" off and reconnected. Poured water in the drain and got a puddle on the ground. I still can't tell where the hose comes out. I had water dripping off the entire length of the running board.
Started raining again so I hope my repair passes the mother nature test.
