rocker panels for 97...

anyone ever used the rocker panles from rock auto to replace your rusty ones?

they have some from Sherman that say "slip on"... what does that mean? Cut out the crap/rusty ones, coat/seal them and slide them over??

There is a Jay87LX (I think that's his tag) that fixed his rockers using the online ones. I can't imagine how they would possibly just slip on without welding. I just found softball size holes in my rockers so I will be doing the same thing this summer probably...
