so i have a brand new (to me) t10004ad.cp and had a t1500bd that i just sold yesterday. had the 1000 hooked up to some cdt highs and tweets, turned ALL the way down, and the 1500 to a psi reconed btl 18". sold the 1500 for 280 yesterday and i was having bass withdrawls already so i used the 3/4 channels on the 4ad, along with the highs still hooked up. no audible difference whatsoever between the bridged 3/4 channel amd the monoblock 1500. ( which was on 2/0 btw) for anyone looking for an amazing amp this guy is one of the best and i usually stay away from anything other than sundown...i picked it up for about 230 bucks a few months ago. now, running this power to a loose suspension psi recone 18, i want to tune the box for low power (ish) low notes. 30-32. i know i wont hit serious lows without a much bigger amp but the box i have sounds like sh*t. anyone else have a btl/psi 18" in their expys with a decent box? the port is killing me im about to a slot port please help! box specs please thankyou!

what are the specs on the box you have now? And do you have any maximum specs for the box? width, height kind of set up etc?

I think that sub needs minimum 5 cu/f and bigger on lower power.

Well psi recone is amazing so far, and I can't quite remember the specs, either 44 or 48 inches wide, about 19 inches tall, ended up being about 7.5 cu ft after displacement. It was made to kinda hide everything behind my middle row, ill get some pics when I get home to my iPad lol. But I'm kinda looking for a rear facing port/sub. Those have always been the loudest boxes I have made. I've made so many but this one just stumps me. The ports probably way too small.

Yep, its 44x21x something, around 7.8 cu ft. Port I think is 10x4x12 way too small

Sorry 48x21 haha yeah I even have bracing in it and what not. Yours looks pretty much the same size as mine just not as deep, mines from the rear seat till about halfway through the rear wheel well panels.
