Harbor freight roller, some thin wall tube (didn't think I should add the weight of hardcore stuff since I have a hardcore wheeler already) and some time and this is what I came up with. I had two 10 foot 1.50 inch sticks to make it happen. More to come like a skid, lights and all that. The headlights are from a 07+ Navi.

Thanks for the comments. Headlights are mounted; did it from below. It was crazy taking a reciprocating saw to a headlight that sells for $1100 at the dealer, but the tabs had to go to clear the hood. I found them for $120 for the pair on ebay. Skid maybe installed tomorrow. I have loads of finish welding to do. It's been great practice. I still suck at it though. All the work was done with a Harbor Freight tubing roller which is WAY cheaper than a bender.
