Thanks. I hated the chrome clad 20s that it came with. I had to get rid of them.

Finally got my lift and new tires installed over the weekend.

Rancho Quicklift Loaded Struts front and rear, Cooper Discoverer AT/W LT275/65R20's (34.2"), and Hypertech Max Energy Programmer.

Truck sits higher then the claimed 1.25" from Rancho on the Quicklifts. Overall, gained about 3.5" height. Looks higher in person then what I can capture in a photo.

Just curious, if anyone has raised the front end higher than 4.5"?

That is about as high as I found. With using a 3.5" front lifting puck on top of a Rancho Quick Lift which adds 1 1/4" lift.

That is what I am currently going to do next week for a total of a 4.5" lift and then will raise the rear air myself.

see here how to do:

So if anyone knows how to do higher, please let me know (I was hopping to do about 5-6" front and rear).
