At one point the previous owner (POlice Dept) of my EXPY got the window on the outside of the weather stripping. About halfway up from the bottom at the rear edge of the driver side window, the rubber strip is flattened and the window goes to the outside. If I stand outside and hold the rubber out as I roll up the window, it will go to the inside, but as soon as I lower the window, it pops back out. The rubber is smashed flat with a groove that the window picks up and thats how it gets outside the rubber trim.

I don't care too much about looks, but the wind noise sux.

How hard (and expensive$$) would it be to replace that piece?

I am also considering cutting a chunk out right where it's smashed. Any thoughts on that?
