Something Electrical???

Been having this problem with my headlights for example:
when the headlights are on the passenger side is bright and the driver side is low and when you flick on the high beams the car shuts off. Also having the odometer problem it turns on and off, as does the ABS warning light I don"t know whats going suggestions please thanks.

Done any work to it lately? It sounds like a ground wire is loose or off, check around the engine bay, maybe the negative battery cable is loose or coroded. Also look at the pcm and make sure the connection did not loosen up or get corroded, also make sur that there are not any wires chewed up by any rodents, may also want to look under the steering column, under the dash area for anything loose

sounds like a faulty ground issue.

After changing the coroded battery terminals I was hearing a clicking sound, I followed the sound and it was coming out of the "EHCU" box but when I turn the headlights on the clicking sound goes away and yes my ABS light is flickering as well. Whats inside this "EHCU" box fuses?
