My 2001 Expedition is giving a kind of squawk/squeal/rattle on startup. Mechanic checked belts, tensioners etc but thinks it's coming from inside the upper part of the engine - he's not sure. Says it's on top part of passenger side of engine Doesn't seem to make any noise while driving and noise doesn't get worse at higher speeds. Also, no other noises
