Good lord you gotta be kidding me. My 03 has 195,000

Now that it’s hitting almost 200,000 miles I was thinking maybe I should just replace it. Because I don’t want to get stranded say yours has 260,000 still original? Maybe I shouldn’t worry about it then. At 260,000 have you ever had any major problems with anything? Wondering what kind of problems I will have reaching 300,000 and what to be ready for.

Just the fuel pump relay that gets fried on most all of them. Blend door in the rear. It spit out a spark plug years ago. I guess I got one of the good ones.

I installed a external heavy duty relay to the wires going to the fuse box that go to the factory relay never had a problem again if I did, I can just replace the relay with no problem now

Don't think age has anything to do with starter longevity. Guessing it is the number of starts. My 2004 starts just fine, but not many starts at 19,800 miles (bought new).

Still on the original starter here from 2000. My fuel pump went out around 370K. That is one job I didn’t mind handing off at the time. Maybe I would do it myself now.
