Strange rear pad wear

I have this very uneven wear on both inside rear rotors. Pads had a good bit of material left on them, and the outside pads wore perfectly normal. Has anyone else had this problem or know what caused this?

Looks like those groves were due to the rust build up on the rotor. It's kinda normal. You need new pads and rotors. Make sure that you properly service the caliper slide pins and any metal to metal area's.
