Greetings All-
This is actually my first post on this forum, but I have been lurking for quite some time. I spend most of my internet time over at LS1gto and decided its time to get active here as well.
I used the searched function and checked google as well to no avail.
Quickly-i've got a '97 XLT Expedition with 230,000 miles on an ALL STOCK suspension (swapped motor/trans/AWD a while back). Pretty incredible that the car still feels very connected. FWIW I do not believe this model has the air suspension.
I am going in to replace the rear trailing arms and also shocks on all 4 corners. What all else should I do while Im in there? Ideally, Id like to replace everything once while im in there and not have to do the labor two times. I am not looking for any lift or drop, just the cheapest options as far as bolt on replacement parts.
Can anyone give me an exact breakdown of what Ill want to replace while im in there?
Shocks, springs, trailing arms....what else? If anyone wants to throw some part numbers down it would be HUGELY appreciated as well.
Thanks in advance people
