This is in a 2013 XLT Expedition. After you turn off the car, the radio continues to play until you open the door handle. What is this switch called? Mine has stopped working and needs replacement. Thanks.

The switch that tells the computer the door is open is part of the door lock actuator assembly. It is not serviced separately.

You can in fact get that switch all day long separate from the door lock assembly. I just replaced mine late summer.

Standard Ignition part number AW1009 fits the driver's side. Different part number fromthe passenger's side due to the orientation of the plug terminal. Example:

When I needed one, I was able to get it that day from the local parts store, but it looks like it's an order item for them now.

You'll want to loosen the three torx bolts that hold the latch to the door enough to give yourself a little room to move the switch, but don't need to take the latch all the way out of the door, as long as your wrists and forearms are slim enough to reach the latch. If you're built sturdy, I highly recommend borrowing a skinny friend and then helping them out with some differential and suspension work later. I'm usually the skinny friend, so YMMV on how easy this switch is to reach. The switch itself just twists 90 degrees and comes out once you manage to reach it and unplug it.
