Thanks for the info and tips. I’ll mostly be on flat lands with a little Texas hill country near the destination. I’m a little nervous being fully loaded but also excited to push the systems to design specifications. Luckily it’s a short run, only about 500 miles round trip. I’ve already programmed the instrument cluster to show trans temp above the gauge so will be watching it like a hawk and will report back my temps. My extended warranty gives me a little piece of mind if anything catastrophic happens, plus I’m still within factory millage.
I have the HD Tow package, 4x4, and it’s a Platinum (factory tune). I also plan on using the tow/haul drive mode.
