OK, so since lately I've been spending all my money on stupid crap for the truck I now have found it beneficial to upgrade my shocks... The Expo has been bouncing like hell so I think it's time to pull the trigger.

Couple of questions:

I know stock ride height shocks are fine, but I'd rather have 2" lift shocks and I know one of the only company that makes them is Rancho, my question is; can somebody provide with a part number for the shocks?

Should I replace just the rear, or the front as well while I'm at it?

Also, who here has upgraded the OEM steering stabilizer? The Expo has a high tendency for the ever beloved "death wobble".

I dont think rancho makes shocks for a 2 inch lift all i have seen is for stock height or 4 inch lift. change all four shocks believe me its a BIG difference I used the rancho rs5000 shocks and it rides 10 times better now then it did before. i have not upgraded my stabilizer cause mine seems to be a heavy duty one from the factory and no death wobble

go to any off road shop and they will tell you what shocks you will need. i went to ORW and asked them what fox shox i want. and they said these are the sizes and what we have. but your talking $$ for the shocks and $$ to have them shimmed right. but you can also get some bilsteins in the correct length. just call ORW or any local off road shop and they can order what ever you want. im thinking about getting some bilstein 5150s. the ones with the resi to help keep the shocks cooler.
