Torque Converter Alignment

'05 Expedition 4WD 4R75W installation question

Junkyard install, it says to line up orange dab of paint between the Torque Converter and Flex plate. I won't be able to do it perfectly, since the bolts won't line up with the junkyard tranny vs. the original, it will be "off" by about 2-3 inches, or about 45 degrees from the other.

Big deal or not?

I'm going to go with probably not. Maybe I don't understand what they mean by that either.

Maybe the paint mark is for stupid people that can't figure out which way the torque converter is installed???
