Towing

I bought a new camper with dry weight of 4900 lbs. Pulling with 2013 Ford Expedition limited, towing package. Hitch is the campco r3 recurve hitch. I'm new to towing and getting a lot of bucking when driving on highway. Any advise

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum. I’d post your problem in the 3rd generation section to get better traffic and replies. I tow with my 2007 EL but only my boat and landscape trailers occasionally which don’t require calibration so I can’t offer help on your situation.

Your telling us the dry weight before you load all your equipment. Now get the weight of it loaded remember The tongue weight should be no more than 10 to 15 % of the loaded trailer
