For anyone who's wondering if they could install these on his expy.

the shroud doesn't fit because of the front grill which gives way less area than what you have in the f150, so no chance in this.

As for the downpipes, having HO engine, which have a completely different exhaust design, the regular f150 needed some cutting and fabrication to fit, i believe fitting the raptor version could be "easier", not sure though.
the extra noise from the DP is only noticeable during cold start and nothing noticable inside the cabin (which i like).

For the intercooler, i had to remove the whole shutter assembly which i believe is bad since it has a shroud in front to redirect air to the IC, i didn't check temps before but i am getting pretty high readings compared to the scorching ambient temps.

I will update for performance gains if this post gets anyone's attention and when i fix the O2 sensor i destroyed in the process :/

Kudos on the the efforts. I hope you see something in return, but historically these upgrades have not been a good return on investment on stock turbo trucks.

Granted I have a Navigator but I spoke with the folks at Livernois and they said that there is no need to cut the active air shutter shroud like with the CVFab intercooler. I am not wanting to cut the shroud.

Also what is the Cobb Tuning Shroud you are referring to?
