Truck continues to run with key off and out of ignition

My vehicle continues to run normally even with the ignition turned off and the key removed.

Even when walking away from the vehicle, it continues to run.

Unplugged the ignition switch and no difference.

I believe I have a stuck relay but not sure which one or ones it may be.

Pull the fuel pump fuse to cut fuel or disconnect power to the pcm by disconnecting the associated fuses for it.

That is what I did to shut it off. The connector has a little green residue around it. Not sure if the fuse box is corroded and needs cleaned well or not. The fuse pins (male) and the fuse seats (female) were clean where they make contact.

I do not have a computer to troubleshoot which is getting constant power. I would suspect that it is the fuel pump fuse.

You don't need a computer to troubleshoot your problem. Best two tools for this job are a test light and a digital multimeter.

The pcm controls the engine circuits, fuel system included once the ignition switch tells it to start and run.

Most of the fuses will be "hot in run", "hot at all times" or "hot in start". A working fuse isn't your problem though.

Where do I start on diagnosing?

Look at the wiring diagrams and see how it is supposed to work then check the circuits that control it.
