I own a 2013 Ford Expedition, I'm trying to hook up my JBL powered subwoofer, I can't seem to figure it out because the wires from the original amp have 4 wires going to the sub from it. I only need 2 since I have a 700w power inverter for everything I run so I have the power hooked up to that. Can anyone help me figure out what wires I need to splice?

Oh also, I have experience with splicing and reconnecting so I don't need help on that part.

Fords amp uses two separate mono channels running at or near the same level to power the (I believe 4 ohm) dual voice coil sub. Thus the 4 wires.

Found a Diagram that might help you out, it seems like 5 wires at the Amp.

1 - Remote Turn on
2 - Ground
3 - Not Used
4 - Not Used
5 - Battery +
6 - Not Used
7 - Audio Signal +
8 - Audio Signal -
9 - Not Used
10 - Not Used
