It's a 2000 vette. 405 cubic inch LS1 with 8.3:1 compression using a 6 liter truck block since the stock alumnium block won't support the kind of power we plan to make. Billet Callies crank, billet Howard's rods, can't remember the piston manufacturer but all good stuff. The heads are ported stock heads (by ligenfelter) they flow okay, but not the best on the market now since the project was started two years ago. The head/cam/intake combo we went with makes the motor very nice to drive off boost and it still gets 20MPG as long as we keep our foot out of the throttle.
Anyway, the power adder is a single Garrett GT42R ball bearing turbo and the numbers you see above were only at 11lbs of boost. I had a serious problem with the fuel system and had to stop there. We will be turning up the boost to 20 PSI as soon as we get the fuel system fixed. The car has some serious technology with the intercooling and other aspects. This will see some magazine coverage for sure once it is completely finished.
Yes the lighter line is torque and there is a swell when we first punched it because the boost did spike up to 14 for a bit before it settled down (boost controller settings need to be tweaked). That's why the torque has a "hump" right at the beginning. You can also see that the motor is still making power when we let out of it.
