Turn Signals Stay On

My blinkers will work and then they'll stay on when I use them. It happens to both sides at the same time. The hazards will blink just fine when this happens. I've already replaced the relay and that didn't fix the issue. I've adjusted the steering up and down, that didn't work. All the bulbs light up just fine, I know a bulb that is out can cause them to act up.

sounds as if your turn signal stalk might be loose &/or need replaced.
