I am redoing my timing components and don't want to put in junk so like up grading the oil pump to a melling M176 I would also like to upgrade the tensioners being that it seems Ford ones fail too often.
I am understanding that there are both Cast iron tensioners as well as plastic.
I only want to do this job once so does anyone know of a better quality/upgraded/performance tensioner for the Modular motors??
