Upper cab rattle

Hello! I have a 2001 expedition EB with a sunroof, there is a rattle back behind the sunroof that sounds like a loose rod. When I slide the cover to the sunroof back it sounds like it may hit the rod. I have never been inside of the head liner and was hoping someone may know what this is and how I may go about fixing it.

The frame of the sunroof has 2 slide rails that guide the sunroof itself as it moves rearward. If I had to guess the rails are loose where they mount to the body itself
