Vibration Under Vehicle at Startup

Does anyone know what might be causing this? It's loudest under the vehicle on the driver's side right where the camera is pointing. It stops after a few seconds.

Doesn't sound like it's coming from the engine compartment. Sounds like it's right where the camera is focused.

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank, which appears to be right where you are recording.

It seems to be caused by the cover on the top of the gas tank.
