wants to replace ignition lock - needs a locksmith

I have my Ford expedition 2002 and i'm having problem with my ignition lock so i want to replace it. ignition lock started sticking periodically, and I discovered that it sticks when inserted one way, but not the other, therefore i thought to replace it but i cant find any affordable locksmith so fi anyone knws about the such locksmith plzz inform me of it.

Have you tried shooting in some dry graphite powder as a lubricant first?
