Got some questions for those who have already replaced their own water pump.
1. Is it really hard?
2. Is the only specialty tool required the fan clutch removal bar?
3. How long did it take?
The water pump is weeping, well not just weeping it's leaking straight up. Found the radiator had a leak in it and replaced it yesterday only to find out that the water pump now leaks a lot. I think it had a small leak before the radiator was replaced but it was hard to tell so we ended up only replacing the radiator. Now that that was replaced, I guess the pressure in the system is forcing the water/coolant to leak thru the water pump.
What do you guys think?
