A few weeks ago, my suspension compressor worked itself to death. Air springs must be leaking finally. I bought a new pump (awesome price ) and I figured I could wait for better weather to replace the air springs, or maybe the whole assembly.
I've noticed the pump runs often to compensate.
She doesn't lose hardly any air overnight. Maybe a 1/2" over 12 hours.
Here is the weird thing,
I decided to pull the compressor fuse and drive her a few miles on some errands. After about 20 minutes of driving, she was on the bump stops.
Question, if she doesn't leak down overnight, why would she leak down over 20 minutes of driving?
I have some ideas, but I was wondering if others had an explanation.
Thanks for all responses.
