what can i do about this?

have an 05 limited when i hit the floor/vent/defrost button the ac automatically comes on, no matter if it is set at 90 or 65. is there another button that i've hit to cause this. it wouldn't really matter but i sometimes don't notice until it has been running for a while.

I don't know, but since you have an 05 you're probably still under warranty so just take it in and have them fix it for free.

One question, is the air hot or cold?
I think I have an answer. Anybody who can tell me I'm wrong, please chime in.
The AC compressor comes on to dry the air for the defrost. I think it is normal.
