What did you do to the expy today

Took my front wheel lights off and put 1/4" spacers on front...now it's rubbing on front bumper

150 amp alternator is ordered and on its way! 1 step closer to getting the big guy running again

Edit: might need a battery too well see how it reacts to the alternator but if so I'll be going with an odyssey 65... Heard only great things about odyssey and if that's the road I follow I'll post how it goes!

Saw those they're a bit more than odyssey... If that what you have your system running on?

not yet...I will have the NS65AGM under the hood soon and I will have 2 or 3 NS31AGM batteries in the rear for the system...

I got the new 150 amp alternator on today and I couldn't be happier with the results!
Alternator is performing optimally at 14.2 V and the battery is holding charge at 100%.

If anyone would like info on how to do this replacement let me know... It's real simple and this DB Electrical alternator is pretty nice so far!

Attempted to put these on but the way ford made the brake is all 1 solid piece of metal and the pedal is metal with the rubber cover...the gas pedal is completely plastic all the way up to the fire wall...BUST!!!

had a clicking sound from the right rear, after pulling the hold thing apart, ends up being the center cap to my wheels was loose. Tightened and fixed. Ug. Need new rotors, what is the best way to go?

Expy is 99% done being lifted!
Got the new upper control arms and ball joints installed today and put on the new tie rod end and sway bar end links...
All in all it got about 3.75" total of lift out of adding the new complete struts which are a little stiffer and the 3.5"/2.5" leveling kit.
Tomorrow I'll have it aligned and will be driving in the afternoon FINALLY. It's been apart since I started the lift on Saturday.

Anyways, here's some pics I grabbed real quick of before and after and the struts! Any question on what parts I used or how to take anything apart pm me or quote me on here!
Got a lot of other things planned as well..
