I agree with 16plati, out of those three choices the mesh.
But I have seen better than those choices.

I concur, out of those three I like the Mesh. But that being said I also agree that someone should be making an expedition compatible Raptor grille.

Had a thought about that while I was thinking here at work..

If a person were to get the Mesh grill above (in stainless steel, not plastic) and then get (or make) the FORD letters they could attach them to the Mesh grille and have a pseudo raptor grille.

I checked the pictures again and again.
I think a Raptor style grill would be nice or an OEM-style without emblem.
For now I will leave it original. Probably I will buy a emblem in black/white with a camera integrated.

Mesh or vertical. I like vertical better but not on a yellow and black truck. On a navigator or a black expedition in chrome (outside part) I would greatly prefer vertical but on some color combos the mesh looks better.

Raptor Grill looks awesome! Can you post side angle photo and 45 degree photo as well? Also, how did the install go?

I'm biased to this one..

(it's mine. The grille is a Stehlen. Got it on amazon. I think they may be out of stock, when I ordered mine back in december there were only a handful left. Think it was around 70 bucks, IIRC..)

Here are some more photos, from side and 45°. Closeup shows one minor fit issue, where the fit to the headlight is a bit uneven, wider at the top and tight at the bottom. (Red arrows)

As for the install, it was very easy except that I have the winch bumper. Like the factory grill, this unit is designed to clip to the plastic bumper cover to secure the bottom of the grill. When I put the Iron Bull bumper on, I had to bore holes in the OEM grill, then drill and tap corresponding holes in the bumper and cut some stainless bolts off to squeeze in there. (Third red arrow at the bottom left). Getting those short screws to catch in the threaded hole is a pain in the neck. That took longer than the rest of the install.

I took a bunch of pictures during the install so if there is interest I’ll start a separate thread for that.
