i test it before hour nothing showing all good let me drive it week , but the boostmax big different its really fast lol

Could be different for 4th gens. Mine is a 2016 and got code for crankcase ventilation system disconnected.

Not gonna gain anything from the CAI just noise. And looks. Need a tune to recalibrate ECU for increased air intake volume or its pointless.

And I would find a prefilter for the CAI since it’s open box. Any dust you suck up from the scoop is gonna cake that filter quick

Agree, without a tune it's just your imagination. If you add a cold air kit on 4th gene they give you a pcv tube to keep it from throwing codes.

^^^ this is exactly what I had to request. Code didnt pop up until 2nd week

2018 Plati 4x4 with HD tow package. Maybe because of the larger rad they went with a better coolant?

Ford changed the coolant chemistry for expeditions in July 2018. The yellow one has longer life. Make sure to check the appropriate coolant chemistry and change interval based on this chart (don’t mix different types): https://www.fcsdchemicalsandlubricants.com/main/quickref/coolantsEN.pdf

I think the owners manual may not very precise when it comes to coolant change interval.

Pink coolant. Mine is yellow.

Coolant is actually orange but looks pink when inside the expansion tank. The earlier 2018’s have the orange coolant and they switched over to yellow for mid 2018 and beyond. See the attached post on this topic.

maybe Ford put that pink for hot summer here there are no freezing at all or snow its just sand and hot heather the temp here hit 53C

Will the CAI void the warranty? What about adding a tune for it? Ive always added CAI to my Fords (2010 Navi, 1996 Expy, 2010 edge)- never did a tune and they all improved MPG- about 1 MPG. Thats what I'm looking for- I just got a 19 Limited.
