With supercharger, no less

I have a 2000 EB with a Vortex supercharger, that runs perfectly and has only 198,000 miles so far.

It's funny how older cars back in the day never saw 200k plus, let alone 300k plus. I am still wondering if chrysler ever got the memo, I see so many of there products burning oil and smoke on the road theses days, and I am talking about 2000 and up models also.

haha!!

yes.... 3 sets... no starter issues... but a few others..
the damn 4 wheel drive motor replaced 2x (they say this new one is the 'new and improved')
just replaced a catalytic converter... (second time)
ball joints

that's about it... kind of a drag when i think how long i've owned it.. most of my repairs are high mileage stuff that 'first owners' rarely see.. let alone so quickly...

ah well... love my expy!

99 expedition xlt 365000km

My 99 expedition xlt has 365000 km. Tranny is a E4OD and free wheels when going down hill. Looking to change it out. The 5.4 engine is from a 2000 expedition. It has aprox 260000 km. It still has alot of power left in her.

I just traded in my 1997 EB with 252,400 miles for a 2007 EL Limited with just over 100,000 miles on it. The EL is all highway driving and is a sweet machine. Take care of your Ford and it will take care of you. (PS - my wife is scared to death for my having gotten an Expy with 100K on it!)

I also have the terra grapplers and they are very quiet and wear well with my agressive driving (I think I have 40k miles so far). My only complaint is they don't seem to have good traction on wet roads... what do you think bartman?

I know someone that has them on a F250 they arent too noisy. And they need to be rotated on a regular basis or they will go south very quick!

97 Expy with 211,900 miles still going strong. things are wearing out and need replaced do to being 14 yrs old but i cant complain.
