Window rattles and squeaks

So the front passenger window on my '07 EL is constantly rattling now when it's closed. If I open it the rattle stops. It has also started squeaking quite a bit while it is in the process of rolling up or down. Is there anything I can do to address these issues? I've taken off the door panel before, so that isn't a problem. But what then?

Try greasing the tracks and cable. Also while you have the door panel off see if you can locate where the rattles and squeaks are coming from.

My 01 explorer has the same rattle and i've yet to figure out what it is. The squeak can be fixed by lubricating and the track and cable as Matt said.

turn the radio up louder....i do that when I dont want to hear the wife! LMAO...but true

Is there a specific grease I should use?
