Windows only roll down from master switch

my windows in my 98 eddie bauer will only roll down from the drivers switch. also they will only roll down if the windows child safety lock is in the "locked" position. if i try unlocking it the relay just buzzes and will not allow me to roll the windows down at all, even from the master switch

few things...bad relay...bad switches in the doors themselves...i would start with relays then look into wiring...the connectors would be next...possibly u need to replace the connectors on each door...idk
