1999 Ford Expedition. The wipers stay on all the time. Just pulled the fuse.
Things I have done so far
-replaced the wiper motor
-replaced the GEM
-no signs of water leaking from the windshield
-got another wiper switch from a junkyard still the same thing
-unplugged the switch all together and it still keeps going
-switched all the relays around same thing
Running out of ideas of what to check
Maybe a Ground rubbed through somewhere in the wire leading to the wiper motor?
Rear wiper doesn't work
Also the drivers door keeps burning up window motors
I replaced them with NAPA window motors
Greased the crap out of the tracks
I Hate Wiring problems. My eyes go cross eyed trying to read the tiny little service manuals.
Any Ideas?
