I love my expedition and it hurts when I have to see my dogs crate barely fit in the cargo and over third row. It still hangs off the end and I have to put both my second row down!! Urgh! I can keep one up sometimes but it’s annoying that the cargo opening is smaller than the overall roof height (hope I’m explaining right) luckily the crate can get assembled once inside (not easy) but I have to keep it pushed back due to the small cargo door height being 2 inches shorter. Does anyone else have this issue? Or a solution except “get another kennel”? I don’t want to damage the seats and have a cargo mat under but again it hangs off by 2-3 inches. Also any anchor points you suggest would be great. Thanks for any advice!!!
