2001 5.4EB Dual Cat / Exhaust assembly Replacement

Guys,

I have an 01 5.4 that has totally rusted out exhaust - including leaks on all 4 cats. Am planning to redo the whole assembly (minus the manifolds which were done recently).

Question - I am seeing full RH/LH Cat Sets for 98-00 online, but not for 2001. Is there are reason the 00 set would not fit the 01?
