I want a bumper like that so bad but have no idea who can make me one...

I might have to stop by and talk to a few welding shops and see what they could come up with, I would imagine I'd be spending a fortune though..

Cool part about is one: it obviously looks ridiculously amazing, and two... you could clear much bigger tires without having to worry about the lower bumper valance.

Well, to save on money for labor, you could buy yourself a pipe bender from harbor freight and buy the piping and build it yourself and then find a welding shop to weld it together.

you could but the bends would look horable. if you look at the demo video, you will see spots that start kink. that is a crush bender. to make it look good and strong, the bends should be mandrel bent.

One of the secrets I learned along time ago was if you want nice bends, fill the pipe up with sand before you start your bend, the sands does miracles when trying to bend piping without wringling or crushing a bend.

ive always liked it. and its really not a bad price. and as for that mcneil bumper. i bet you can call them up and have them make you one. its gonna be a bit pricey since their shop is in mexico, but the owner lives here in SD so its not a shipping problem.

NC, I wish you lived closer to me. I would tell you to stop by my place and we could fab you up one. i have a tube bender and a mig welder with a lot of pneumatics. OH well.

Thanks for the input guys, and Thermo... That would be a fun project.
But unfortunately I do not have the time nor patience or skills needed to make one myself, so I'd have to find someone local who would be willing to make me one. I've also been contemplating having a rear tube bumper made for me as well.
