Everything is possible...but it will cost a lot....

My humble opinion: you'll better sell your 2WD and buy a 4wd.
OR you go to a junkyard and take all the pices out from there, but it's really a big job!

If I were to that, I would do non electric drive transfer case and put manual hubs on it. Make it bullet proof. I would also think about getting better(lower) gear ratios in the transfer case. Also rebuild anything you put in since it is already out and a lot easier to do.

I would sell my 2WD and buy a similar 4WD. You will spend more on parts and labor than the price difference between the two trucks.

well since its 2wd.... look into a solid axle swap and go huge...lol don't think you wanna lift it but to go 4wd would cost more than selling your 2wd and buying a 4wd... especially if you head south

Lifting a 2WD may hurt re-sale value. When I look for a used truck, I like 4WD for the traction, or 2WD for lower cost and ease of getting in and out, washing windows, option to pull it into a garage, etc.

So, if you lift a 2WD, you have none of the benefits of either 2WD or 4WD, and only the drawbacks of each.

Your truck is really clean. You'll get better money for it if sold unmolested.
