3 weeks and no headlights from tasca

I ordered a set of oem headlights for my expedition 2011 on jan 4th, they gave me 2 tracking numbers, but only one ever made it, the one that did make it had a broken clip. which they eventually gave me a rma for after quite a few many days. Today is jan 25th, 3 weeks after my initial order with tasca, and i haven't heard back from them since, can someone please look into this?

anyone reading this post...please pm tascaparts instead of blowing up the spot for everyone to see...a lot of ppl go through them and have never/yet to have a prob...i'm just asking that everyone regardless of issue to be mindful and not get personal in the public viewing...not only for the vendors but for/to other members as well...send a pm or email them to talk over your differences...thx

Hi i was waiting on emails for a while, Josh from tasca did eventually help me sort things out. I have already inquired on ordering more parts from Tasca, the last problem i had was not entirely their fault, but resolving it did take longer then expected.
