2003 XLT FX4 HU replacements??

I did a search, but did not find a definitive answer.
Would like to replace the stock HU/Stereo with either an aftermarket or factory unit. The following is what I'm looking for:

• AM/FM stereo
• CD ok, but not necessary
• Navigation

What would be my best option? Or is there such a thing...

I have an avic f series in mine. Touch screen Nav/dvd/buletooth/sirius. Love it but there are issues. when i bought the truck it was stuck in a reboot loop. Spent 2 days trying to figure out how to fix it. Apparrently its a pretty common thing.
