You have VERY few options. The max you can do is a 3/2. Had one on our 15 before it was totaled.

Says you can fit 35's, which I know is not true with the Electric Running Boards, we tried at my local shop. Was able to fit a little under 33 with ZERO rubbing.

Haven't had time to do the 17 yet, probably this Summer. Brand new tires, so I want to them at the same time. Get some miles, and the first Maintenance done.

PS - Where are you located in VA.

No problem. I liked the look. Wife drove a 7.5 Inch lifted F250 on 35's before the Expy. She missed the perspective.

This may be a stupid question, but what does the lift do to the handling of the Expedition? Does it hurt stability for example when coming down an entrance ramp to get on a highway, do you have to go slower around the curve?

Also, why is it 3/2 and not equal?

Thanks,

Mines a bit lifted (not by choice, came that way), and I drive like a bimmer driver....haven't had any unwanted loss of traction yet --- though i AM somewhat wary of sliding it into corners, just in case

Hi Andy... the 3/2 is what they call a leveling kit. Front goes up 3" while the rear only goes 2. Makes the vehicle more level front to back. When I installed mine I noticed that the rear drive shafts go thru a hole in the frame so I'm guessing that's what limits how high the back end can go without dropping the whole rear end (at least on the 2nd gens, not positive about the others). You can get 3.5/2.5 kits on eBay to get another half inch.
